The use of essential oils, diffusers, aroma inhalers, flower essences, and aromatic mists promotes relaxation, relieves stress and pain, boosts energy, and helps in recovery from surgery. Reiki and Healing Touch use light or near-body touch to balance, energize and support the body. The client lies on a massage table, fully clothed, or they can use a chair. Sessions last 30-60 minutes and start at $35.
